Antonio Ferrer (Spanish) is a Partner on the Multi-Asset Team at LGT Capital Partners (Asia-Pacific) Limited in Hong Kong. He is the Global Head of Multi Asset Portfolio Management, and responsible for the Liquid Markets activities in Asia-Pacific. Moreover, he serves as one of the lead managers of the LGT Endowment Portfolio and the Liquid Multi-Alternatives Fund in Australia. Before joining the firm, Mr. Ferrer started his career at UBS Wealth Management as a relationship manager for high-net-worth clients in Argentina and in Switzerland. He was then appointed to become a team head in the respective area at UBS. In 2008, Mr. Ferrer joined LGT as a portfolio manager for multi-asset funds and institutional client mandates. In 2012, he took over additional responsibility in the manager selection area specializing in equity emerging market single countries. In 2018, he relocated to Hong Kong to set up and expand LGT Capital Partners' Asset Management activity being licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) as the manager in charge (MIC) for Type 9 activity and as a Responsible Officer Mr. Ferrer is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA). He holds the Swiss Federal Diploma for Experts in Finance and Investments (AZEK) and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science in Chur. Mr. Ferrer is fluent in English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.

Brent Snow, CFA (American/Australian) is a Principal at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is a member of the infrastructure Investment Committee. Mr. Snow focuses on origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of infrastructure investments. Before joining the firm in 2022, Mr. Snow was an associate portfolio manager for infrastructure and real assets at Australian superannuation fund Aware Super. Prior to Aware Super, Mr. Snow was Head of Infrastructure Manager Research at Willis Towers Watson in Australia. Over his career, he has worked in the US, Australia and Switzerland. Mr. Snow holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors (Australia).

Carlos Peniche (Mexican) is an Executive Director on the Business Development team at LGT Capital Partners in New York. He is responsible for the firm’s business development activities in Latin America. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Mr. Peniche was an investment professional at Equity International, where he managed and invested in early and growth-stage asset-backed companies in emerging markets. Before that, he was an investment professional at Lexington Partners, leading secondary, co-investments, and primary investments in Latin America. He also headed the firm’s fundraising efforts in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. Mr. Peniche has additional experience in investment banking and strategy consulting, having worked at J.P. Morgan for five years, as well as at Lazard and Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Peniche holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe, and a BA in Financial Management from Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Chris Sznewajs is the Managing Partner, Founder and Investment Committee Member of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners. Mr. Sznewajs is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s investment activities along with chairing the Boards of the active portfolio companies. Prior to founding Pacific in 2018, Mr. Sznewajs served as a Principal with The Gores Group where he focused on investing in special situations and corporate carve-outs in the industrials sector. Mr. Sznewajs also was a Manager at Bain & Company in the restructuring and turnaround practice. Mr. Sznewajs graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Clelia Zacharias (American) is a Partner at LGT Capital Partners in New York. She is a member of the private equity Investment Committee. Ms. Zacharias is responsible for origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of secondary investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, she was an associate at AlpInvest Partners in New York, where she focused on secondary transactions. She began her career as an analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Ms. Zacharias holds a BA in Economics and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University.

Giovanni Fracchia (Italian) is a Principal at LGT Capital Partners in New York. He focuses on origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of secondary investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he was an investment analyst with Synergo, a private equity firm in Milan, where he focused on sourcing, carrying out due diligence on and monitoring private equity investments in Italy. Before that, Mr. Fracchia was an analyst with Crédit Agricole Private Equity in Paris and Maybrook Saint James, a private equity firm in London. He holds an MA in Management from the ESCP EUROPE Business School and a BA in Business and Management from University of Turin. He is fluent in English, Italian and French.

Klaus Sapelza (Swiss/Italian) is the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) at Lumen Re in Bermuda, the A-rated reinsurance carrier established by LGT ILS Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland to serve as the in-house fronter for reinsurance business assumed by their ILS funds. Prior this, Dr. Sapelza was a portfolio manager at LGT ILS Partners since 2019. He joined LGT Capital Management in 2012 where he held various positions in risk and portfolio modeling, analytics, and reinsurance pricing before transitioning into underwriting in 2016. Prior to LGT, he worked in similar analytical roles at AXIS Re in Zurich and began his career at Risk Management Solutions (RMS) in 2007. Dr. Sapelza holds a PhD in Mathematics with a specialization in numerical analysis and scientific modeling from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is fluent in English, German, Italian, and French.

Michael Toraason (American) is an Executive Director on the Private Credit Solutions team, specifically focused on Credit Secondaries, at LGT Capital Partners in New York, USA. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Mr. Toraason was a principal at Banner Ridge Partners in New York, focused on credit, distressed and special situations secondaries. Before that Mr. Toraason was a Vice President on the direct investing team at a large, single family office based on both the West Coast and East Coast, where he was located in New York, focused on special situations, opportunistic credit and real estate investments. Mr. Toraason also has experience working in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and in lower middle market buyouts for Emigrant Capital, both based in New York. Mr. Toraason studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Iowa and received his MBA from Columbia University in New York. He is fluent in English.

Rafael Silveira (American/Brazilian) is a Principal at LGT Capital Partners in New York. Mr. Silveira is responsible for the operations in the USA. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, he worked at AQR Capital Management, where he was a portfolio manager and researcher of systematic strategies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Silveira served as a solutions strategist for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, customizing portfolios for institutional investors, and as a senior quantitative analyst for the CIO group at Bank of America. Mr. Silveira received a Ph.D. and an MA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in the U.S. and an MA and a BA in the same field from the University of Brasilia in Brazil. He is fluent in English and Portuguese.
